We recognized the need for availability of man power in our health care system here in Nova Scotia. We truly believe that safe resident and patient care shouldn't be sacrificed due to the staffing shortage. We realized that, with the right agency and staffing system we could help alleviate the burden of lack of staff, not only for all Nursing Organizations across Atlantic, the health care staff, but most importantly the patients or residents who receives the direct care.
